Plan your weekly tutoring times without opening each day one by one

Set up a week once, then use it again
If you tutor on the same days each week, you usually end up entering the same lesson times over and over. That works for one slot, but it gets clumsy when your schedule has a few regular openings. You have to remember what you added, where it belongs, and whether you already published it for learners to see.
LessonLoop gives signed-in tutors a weekly calendar in "Teach" where recurring lesson times are shown by weekday. You can add a time for the week, see it in the right day column with its duration and time zone, and remove it from the same place if it no longer fits your schedule.
What this changes for a tutor
Say you usually teach on Monday evening, Wednesday afternoon, and Saturday morning. Instead of treating each time like a separate one-off, you can put those regular slots in your weekly calendar and read your week at a glance.
That matters because your lesson times stop living in a loose list. You can check whether Tuesday is open, whether a Friday slot should stay, and whether the time zone matches the schedule you mean to share. If you need to clear out one slot, you can remove it where it appears in the week view instead of searching for it somewhere else.
The published availability on tutor profiles stays the same for learners. When you add a recurring time through the existing add-time flow, it still shows up as available on your profile the way it should.
What it looks like when it’s working
Open "Teach" while signed in. Add a recurring lesson time the way you already would. Then look at the weekly calendar.
You should see each slot in the weekday column where it belongs. The time is shown with its duration and time zone, so you can tell a 3 p.m. slot from a 3 p.m. slot in another zone. If the slot no longer works, remove it from the calendar right where it appears.
A useful habit is to scan the full week after you add or remove anything. That lets you catch a time in the wrong day before a learner sees your profile and tries to book it. If your week changes often, this view gives you one place to check instead of jumping between separate entries.
Why learners still see the right thing
Tutors care about keeping their schedule tidy. Learners care about whether the availability on a tutor profile is accurate enough to book with confidence.
This setup keeps those two needs in step. You manage recurring times in a weekly calendar that is easy to read and edit. Learners still see the same published availability on the tutor profile, so the schedule they find there reflects the times you’ve chosen to share.
That helps when your tutoring week changes. You can remove a slot you can no longer keep, and the profile keeps showing the availability you’ve published through the normal add-time flow. You do not need to rebuild your whole schedule to change one recurring lesson time.
A simple way to start
If you have just a few regular lesson times, begin with the ones you know you’ll keep. Add them to your weekly calendar, check the weekday, duration, and time zone, then review the whole week once.
After that, use the calendar as your reference point whenever your schedule changes. Add a new recurring slot there. Remove an old one there. If you are unsure whether a time is still right, look at the weekday column first.
For a tutor, that is the main value here: one weekly view for the times you repeat, and one published profile view for learners to book from.
